Regarding arrears from railway after resignation

Sir.. I had worked in south central railway during February 2014- April 2016. I have submitted my application for resignation in April 1 and same approved by authority on April 16 and I relieved from service on same day. Since Seventh pay commission for central govt employees is valid from 01-january 2016 am I eligible for getting salary arrears for 01/01/2016 to 16/02016..? Am I eligible to get uniform allowance from 2015 March to 2016 march ( that is disbursed in May 2016) Am I eligible to get Railway Bonus for the year April 2015- March 2016 and it's arrears for the year 2014-2015 (I was n service ) Pls consider to reply Thanking you

Am I eligible to get uniform allowance from 2015 March to 2016 march ( that is disbursed in May 2016)-- if you were in service then yes you are eligible.
Am I eligible to get Railway Bonus for the year April 2015- March 2016---- You need to check with the railway rules of bonus for that.
it's arrears for the year 2014-2015 (I was n service )-- yes you are eligible for arrears for the financial year when you were in service
