punjab education recruitment board not accept B.s.c degree of ignou.My roll No.in merit of service candidate .they are not accept judgement of highcourt.they says it is permotion judgement not for appointment.judgement cwp 13563 2016 punjab & haryana highcourt
The only remady available with u is to file writ before the court. Ignou is valid university. Subject to correspondance degree because if in advertisement it is written that only regular degree holder will be considered and most of degrees offered through ignou are correspondent
