Problem with bail in District court

19-Jan-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was a treasurer of a cooperative society. There was some anomalies for cash in hand during audit. I was blamed for cash initially Rs.33612/ but later on increased to 38612/ then 42427 and lastly 62427. As I denied to pay as I not guilty. So a FIR was done against me. Matter has gone to court. I have appeared 5 times in court, but my advocate says that Public prosecutor (PP) is not producing the paper to court. My bail is held up. In this regard I want your suggestion
