Notice period buy out but reliving letter not provided and remarks is absconding mentioned hr not change my absconding status notice recovery already paid

If your company has not provided you with the relieving letter you are required to send a legal notice through an advocate for the above mentioned relief. You can also ask for compensation for mental agaony caused to you in addition to above relief. Hopefully this helps.

If notice pay is accepted, marking you absconding is improper. Send written demand for relieving letter and correction. If no response, approach Labour Officer or issue legal notice for service certificate.

first you must have communications with HR about you are buying notice period. And also details about money paid on account of recovery. If you have any communication details with HR like mail or acknowledgement letter, then you can write mail to HR with notice period buying and details about amount paid towards recovery. if you didn't receive any Satisfactory answer then you can lodge complaint in labour court.
