Q: Husband is not fulfilling his responsibility

My husband doesn't give me any money all his money is went on loan payment which he has taken on my name that also he doesn't pay on time. He is not letting me go on job whenever I find any job he always comes in between and tell my parents I'll find her job myself don't let her go there. He is a alcoholic, doesn't tamasha all the time in the house and the reason is he has tension.

Have a recordings for all his ill behavior, to fight for your rights, you must have proofs.keep proofs for money transactions like bank statements. whenever you want to fight for your rights like Divorce and Alimony then court will ask for proofs.if any incidence of domestic violence then have a medical certificates and treatment records. take care

Q: Divorce maintenance one-time settlement

Hindu. Left husband 5 yr back for mental harrasment by him& MIL no child. He neglected me in his house never came to patchup never gav maintenance till now. I gav my money to build his parents house. No case yet done. I hv no job,less study. *Till 5 yrs he didn't try patchup, can he file rcr now? *What if he falsely say I deserted no reason? *How prove indirect mental cruelty with no recordings? *He spent my money, I hv no proof. I want my right&justice. What shud i do & what can he countercase?

To file case in family court, you need to have proof of cruelty either recordings or neighborhood testimonials.Second for money you spend or given to him must be proved with transfer statements or any other kind of proofs. To get Alimony you must prove that he is treating you cruelly. Meet advocate practicing in family court near to your location. and apply for interim maintenance.

Q: Marriage Registration in Mumbai if the wedding happened in Shimla?

Hi. Me and my now wife got married in Shimla. We are both Hindu. My permanent address is Ambala while my wife's is Nashik. But we both stay in Mumbai for work. We have a valid Leave and License agreement for a rental flat here. We don't have any electricity bill or gas bills under our names since we live on rent. Can I register my marriage in Mumbai?

You can't register marriage with Leave and Licence Agreement. it required permanent address of either of you or your wife. you can register either at Ambala or Nashik.Not at Mumbai or Shimla.visit marriage registration office at above mentioned places.

Mumbai based private ltd. company . I have resigned of Oct 2025, as company has not paid 2.5 months of salary. Relieving letter not given and no communication from company. Please suggest further actions....

send mail to HR with 2-3 reminders. if not reverted mark copy to higher authorities.try to meet HR personally and get details clarified. if not satisfied then meet labour court practicing lawyer and file case against company.

Q: Shall I complain to Ombudsman/IRDAI or issue a legal notice?

My mother died in an unfortunate accident. She had a Health Insurance that offers accidental death coverage as well.Upon submitting all the relevant documents (From PM to the ACP's report), the insurer is making demands for other irrelevant & even invalid documents.Shall I complain to the Ombudsman, IRDAI etc.? Or shall I issue a legal notice through a lawyer?I want to sue them for additional compensation due to the mental harassment I have suffered from.Thanks.(Kindly reply here only)

Before issuing legal notice with lawyer, first you need to understand reason for required documents. get it clarified from insurer. after submitting all required and relevent documents still if you find that there is rejection then you can approach ombudsman first and if not satisfied with ombudsman reply then file case in consumer forum. but please ensure everything is clear from your end.
