Not give to PF and others benefits last 15 Years

01-Jun-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked with the company for 15 years without being made permanent or receiving PF, ESI, leave, or bonus. Recently, I was terminated without a termination letter. I sent a legal notice and filed a complaint with the Labour Department. After inspection, the company falsely claimed I was not terminated and was registered under the Shops & Establishments Act. If I file a legal case, can I claim compensation for 15 years of service?
