Not getting payment from noida based client

HI,
I i am running a consultancy and i work for a client and 2 invoices pending for 80000+ amount which is pending for more than 4 months and they are delaying payment . can i online complaint on consumer court website or need to file a case in court.
This is a matter of recovery. Suit for recovery can be filed to recover your amount as per the invoices generated and we can press for expeditious disposal of matter. However arbitration is also an option if the same covers your terms. For better clarification feel free to contact.

Before taking the recourse of court or any other authority, you must let them have a chance as well as a warning by issuing a legal notice through your advocate. The notice must mention the details of money pending with them and circumstances in case of failure to make the payment within the given time. If they do not respond to the notice or deny paying, then you are free to file a suit for recovery along with other recourse.

Sir, you need to hire an advocate who would first send a Legal Notice on his letter head to your client. If he still doesn't pay the money, you would have to file a civil suit for recovery in the district court of your concerned jurisdiction. Your case will not fall in consumer court sir.
