Non Payment of Salaries even after 6 months of resignation

06-Feb-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked for a company for 12 days in the month of June' 2024 and resigned from there because of unprofessionalism of the organization. They haven't released my 12 days salary so far which, is @ INR 25 Lacs per annum. What are the options available with me. Regards,

At the outset you can send a legal notice for recovery of your dues. However the terms and conditions of your employment will regulate your settlement of dues. Perusal of your appointment letter is needed for any better advice. Feel free to connect. Thanks

You should send legal notice to the company, if you have already sent the legal notice then go for a complaint against the company in the labour commission. If you have all the required papers with you I would suggest please contact me through call and message so that I can help you more in a better way. Thanks.

Do get a demand legal notice issued to the directors of the company through an Advocate. Consult a lawyer and share the requisite info and details to enable him to draft the legal notice. Give 15 days time to make the payment failing which a Law Suit for recovery be filed
