My company terminated me for silly issue

My company terminated me for closing a ghost chat. I did give an explanation but was not ready to accept it and did not follow the basic protocol on the termination and Immediately the HR mentioned that you are been terminated. Never bothered to send an email that I have been released from the company. They don't even respond to my calls

Hi, we have gone the details you have submitted, as per the normal rules every company needs to give proper reason for termination and also an opportunities to the employee to explain the reasons, if the company needs to terminate then the company needs to provide notice period or salary equivalent to the notice period or such termination will be not valid.
