Illegal termination after shuffling me in 3 different profiles

I was appointed in one of the yoga centre in delhi.
In a span of 1 1/2 month they shuffled me in 3 different role and then later they terminated me by saying they dont need this position. Now they thretening me to return company asset without any settlement else they will file 136 complaint for theft
Hi, there are few things to be taken into consideration first. Do you have an appointment letter that lay outs your role, terms and conditions of termination? Notice before termination? Employment contract has to be reviewed. No one can terminate you without properly serving you proper notice or compensation for the same in terms of salary for maybe a few months or so. We need to check in the employment agreement and accordingly a formal legal notice can be sent to the employer
Sir/Ma'am the important things is whether you have appointment letter or not. if you have appointment letter then you can file complaint against the company.
