II legal termination & F&F GIVE HALF SALARY

I was join an hotel on April 16/4/26 & the HR told me to HR told me to stop the duty on 31/5/26 with out any notice period given to me.
After asking the F&F Settlement she told today u get only half month salary.
How can I proceed with legally for them.
