If someone is debarred from UPSC, will it affect other job application
22-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
A friend of mine got debarred from sitting in any govt job examinations conducted by UPSC for a period of five years. If he gets through any other central government job through any other commission, or he gets a job through college campusing process, will there be any kind of harassment during police verification process?
The reason (s) for being debarred from sitting any examination to be conducted by UPSC must be disclosed by the person concerned to other authority whoever conducting the selection process. If the same is supressed and subsequently made known to to the Employer/recruiter, through verification of character and antecedent report or any other means, the employment will be at a stake. Please advise your friend accordingly.
How do I write an application for low attendance?
With all due respect, I ABC, would like to inform you that I have missed classes because of an accident I had last month. I asked you to take into account my leave and let me be eligible to sit the exams. Youll be grateful for this. 02-Dec-2018
What happens when you get debarred in Vit?
You are debarred if you do not meet the attendance requirements. The minimum attendance requirement in VIT is 75%. You will not be permitted to take the exam if you do not have 75% attendance prior to any internal/final assessment. Can we move a room outside the campus of Vellore VIT college?
What happens when you get debar?
When someone is barred, they are not allowed to enter. To debar someone is the same as to bar them. You cant attend a school if you are debarred. When a politician has been debarred, it means they have been removed from office.
What happens if your attendance is 60?
According to the rules, a candidate must have 60% attendance in order to be eligible for the test. If you are sick, there is the chance to get a valid medical certificate from a government doctor. You can also meet with your principal and coordinator and talk about it. Don't lose hope, there will be a way. 01-Feb-2018
Your friend is barred in appearing UPSC, whether any criminal proceeding started against him? If yes, he must have to disclose the same at the time of applying for the other examination else he will certainly face problems at the time of police verification. Though Hon'ble Supreme Court and our High Court in many cases held that pendency of any criminal case does not totally dis entitle one from getting new employment. All the best. Regards
Your friend is debarred by the UPSC only so he/she can proceed with the other authorities who do conduct the examinations.
I don't think there will be any problem if he/she gets selected in any other examination by the police.
