I want Resignation Acceptance mail

In my company there is a commitment of working 2 years and 2 months to get the Releaving documents and I signed that commitment. But I received offer from other company and I have informed my manager to send me the resignation Acceptance mail. At first, He told me to submit the resignation letter with new company offer letter. But now He is refusing to send me the mail. After continuosly requesting, he told me to leave the job. Can you advise me for this type of issue in legally.
