simple , reach out respective central administrative tribunal fill copy of application form with OA case number, parties name and then submit in section they will provide you within 1 to 2 weeks if anything related to Chennai central administrative tribunal let me know I am aware of the process.

the central administrative tribunal i.e. CAT deals with service laws and had been established to deal with service related issues faced by the staff of the central government. the Central administrative tribunal takes up issues in accordance with the Act and the original application is filed before the appropriate bench. once the case is listed and upon adjudication of the merits of the case the cental administrative tribunal passes an order in line with the statutes. if the party who filed the original application needs a copy of the original application a copy application has to be filed with the registry of the central administrative tribunal. in case where any other person who was not a party to the original application needs the copy of the original application- a third party copy application can be filed before the registry along with an affidavit stating out the reasons for seeking a copy of the original application
