the petition is generally filed seeking for a relief before a competent court. the relief as sought for by the petitioner would then be taken up on record issuing a case number (which is unique in nature). The case then would be proceeded upon by the court after giving fair opportunity for both sides and be adjudicated. when the website shows that the case was disposed where it states that the petition is allowed it means that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner was duly adjudicated by the appropriate court and the court came to a conclusion that the petition has merits and had allowed the petition ergo granting relief to the petitioner as claimed for by the petitioner.

you have no risk if the title deed is clear and obtain all government license(cmda/tax/etc.) you can proceed with purchasing and please check with agreement title (example: mou/agreement/jv/contract). and check with the duration of the agreement and tenure for rebuilding
