Q: Incidental charges at SRO office for Settlement Deed

I would like to get guidance on what is the typical incidental fee to be given in SRO office for settlement deed esp for property in Chennai .

Advocate Mugunthan answered
the fee to be paid at the S R O office for settlement deed pertaining to a property in chennai would depend on the nature of the settlement in itself. if the settlement of property in chennai is between blood relatives the fee is capped and whereas if it pertains to unrelated parties the fee charged is different. the indian registration act and tamil nadu registration act would depict the exact amount to be paid to the SRO for settlement deeds. in any case the question is bereft of details to answer with accuracy.

Q: How to get copy of Original Application submitted in CAT

How to get copy of Original Application submitted in CAT

Advocate Mugunthan answered
the central administrative tribunal i.e. CAT deals with service laws and had been established to deal with service related issues faced by the staff of the central government. the Central administrative tribunal takes up issues in accordance with the Act and the original application is filed before the appropriate bench. once the case is listed and upon adjudication of the merits of the case the cental administrative tribunal passes an order in line with the statutes. if the party who filed the original application needs a copy of the original application a copy application has to be filed with the registry of the central administrative tribunal. in case where any other person who was not a party to the original application needs the copy of the original application- a third party copy application can be filed before the registry along with an affidavit stating out the reasons for seeking a copy of the original application

Q: CMA -(LA) Gov took land for Adhi Dravidar Welfare Scheme. Allowed

We Filed case Against The Special Tahsildar and Land Acq Officer. to increase Compensation according to market rate.case was ongoing from 1997 , after some time we stopped following once court ask stamp duty fees. some lakhs. recently we found that case Disposed. website showing like this Decision Date **rd February 2016Case Status Case disposedNature of Disposal Contested--Allowed"JUDGMENT (Delivered on**-**-2016)This petition is allowed"what does means

Advocate Mugunthan answered
the petition is generally filed seeking for a relief before a competent court. the relief as sought for by the petitioner would then be taken up on record issuing a case number (which is unique in nature). The case then would be proceeded upon by the court after giving fair opportunity for both sides and be adjudicated. when the website shows that the case was disposed where it states that the petition is allowed it means that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner was duly adjudicated by the appropriate court and the court came to a conclusion that the petition has merits and had allowed the petition ergo granting relief to the petitioner as claimed for by the petitioner.
