Even if your resignation was obtained forcefully in August 2022, you may still have legal remedies, though delay can affect your case and will need to be explained. The appropriate course depends on your employment terms, evidence of coercion, and whether the matter falls under labour laws or civil law. I can examine your documents and advise you on the possibility of challenging the forced resignation and seeking reinstatement or compensation.

You may still have legal remedies, but delay can affect your case. The limitation period and the facts surrounding your forced resignation need to be examined carefully. If you have evidence that the resignation was obtained under pressure or coercion, you may be able to challenge it before the appropriate labour authority or court. I can help you assess your case, limitation issues, and the best legal remedy available.
