F&F payment not being payed by old Employee

I left my last company on 7.02.2025, it has been more than 100 day yet my F&F payment hasnot been done.
HR is not responding to the mails.
But they have updated 26AS showing payment has been done, but payment hasnot been done to me. When asked for "Send me the proof of payment with UTR details immediately on the basis of which 26As has been filed", no response has come from HR. Mr. Ved Prakash Yadav,
As the company has turned cold feet towards you, the best solution is to send them a legal notice asking for the fnf and if they claim that they have paid the fnf then for proof.
However, if no such reply is received from the company then we can file a complaint in the tribunal as well.

If the Company had falsely shown payment in 26AS then this is something illegal and you must address the same to the HR. However, if still the company fails to mend it's ways then you must take legal recourse. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Send a legal notice to your employee under different sections through a lawyer and ask for the full snd final settlement ,They will give the final settlement amount or the answer which you required .For more detail you can discuss with a lawyer .

Well, you need to serve a Legal Notice first to get your issues resolved including Outstanding Dues (F & F Settlement) to you! If things get sorted from sending Legal Notice, then well and good, otherwise, you have to file a Civil Suit in the concerned City Civil Court to recover your F & F Settlement Amount!
