Father died before 5 years of retirement Can son get his job position

Sir, My father had been worked in Birla Cement Works L.TD in mines Department as Crusher Operator for more than 30 years but unfortunately he was operated by brain tumor and he passed away befor 5 year of retirement. And he was the only bread earner for our family. I have one brother and two sisters all are unmarried and my mother. So can i get job on behalf of my father. I am graduate with B.Sc (Maths) and perusing M.Sc final.
Dear, it will depend on the service conditions of appointment letter of your father. If there is something which enables you to claim for job in place of him after his demise during job /service period. But you need to see conditions. Try on sympathy grounds if they give you a job.

You are saying about the compensatory appointment. It is possible if the birla cement ltd have such policy of compensatory appoinyment to a family members of the deceased employees. Generally private comoanies does not have such policies and contracts. If it is there than u can get it.

every establishment having rules regarding compassionate appointment but there is no any absolute right to get the job automatically on the same post. You have to applied for the compassionate appointment with all document and state all your poor financial condition family condition. I think establishment will consider your case. and if you are denied by the establishment then you have to go for legal action as per rules and regulation.
