Employer fraud in PF/EPS bifurcation; claim rejected; need to sue for

My ex-employer didn't bifurcate my EPS (pension) for 2.3 years. EPFO confirmed in writing it's the company's fault. Now, my PF claims are rejected, EMIs bounced, and CIBIL is ruined. The company falsely claims I chose "Zero Pension" (legally impossible) and is now ignoring my emails. This is a mass issue affecting many. I want to send a legal notice for rectification and compensation for financial loss & mental agony. Please advise on Labour Court/Consumer Forum.

you can send a legal notice to the Company. if they do not rectify and compensate the financial loss, you can file a complaint with Labour Commissioner and then approach the Labour court
