Employee demanding payment and we have paid her, now she demands more

One of my employee joined my firm on 21feb on full month basis as part time, but after one week she decided to left as she has no time, and left the firm on 4 march now she is demanding money what should we do. Both parties dont have have any written aggrement and proof. And now she is filing case for 12 days work payment also for sunday. But we have call recordings. And we have paid her some amt and. Now she is demanding more as interest on amount
