Earned July salary withheld & LWD denied despite 100% KT and medical e

I resigned from my C++ Developer role due to a severe family medical emergency, offering Aug 23, 2026, as my Last Working Day (LWD). My KT documentation is 100% complete with no pending tasks. However, management refuses written LWD confirmation (demanding full 90-day notice) and has withheld my earned July 2026 salary without written reason. My BGV is cleared for a new job starting Sept 1. Is withholding earned salary legal? Can they mark me absconding if I leave on Aug 23 with full KT proof?

withheld earned leave us not legal in any manner whatsoever and moreover they cannot mark avsconding if you leave you need to send reply to the notice if you receive any notice from the company moreover you can also seek reinstatment
