Delay in issuance of Reliving letter

I am joining new organisation where for my BGV they have asked for reliving letter from my previous employer named Crif Highmark. I have received email confirmation of reliving in Dec 2024 from HR. But now my new organisation requires letter and i have drafted email to HR head as well to give me the same and she has marked the concern person to give me the same but that person is intentionally delaying the document. Here i want to speed up the process within 10days or jobless me
You should immediately send a polite follow-up email copying the HR Head, mentioning the urgency of your background verification and requesting the relieving letter within the next few days. If there is still no response, escalate the matter through the company's grievance mechanism and preserve all email communications as evidence.
