Dear Sir/Mam please solve and suggst my service length issue what


29-Aug-2026 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am a pensioner retired 31st January 2000.I have joined the college 2nd julay 1976 and government given affiliation my college 1977 to 1978th batch to cautiously .My post has sanctioned by the government in 1982 and my pension also counted from 1982 but as per supreme court decision pensioner service length will be counted as per joining but CAG Bihar is not accepting

If you have submitted the representation to the CAG office then you can file a writ petition. please bring documents and meet once at Patna High Court for the further process and suggestions. Thanks & Regards
