Company not providing full and final settlement, how to claim?

I have left the organization on 16th april 2017 and was supposed to receive xxx amount as full and final settlement. But I have received lesser amount compared to what I was supposed to receive. When I spoke to the HR and settlement team, they just beat around the bush talking for long duration over the phone. Is there any way I can get my money back?
Speak with the higher authorities of the company If you don't get proper reply or if your issue is not resolved means you can send legal notice by claiming your full and final settlement with the company. Contact any advocate to do the needful.
