Company Not Giving Experience Letter

Hello, I have worked in a organization from 12 Aug 2017 to 23rd Mar 2024. I have given a resignation from my post on 3rd March 2024 and the notice period ends on 16th March 2024. Due to some personal issues, I have revoked the resignation by sending a Whatsapp message to my manager. However later on 23rd March I have decided to leave this job so I have contacted my manager to relieved me from my job as I am giving 1 day resignation however they refused it and said you can't do it now. Hello,

Asking for your experience letter is a matter of your right and the employer can not deny for the same.
once you have forwarded the invitation to give resignation and the same is delivered with the employers it is his duty to proceed the settlement while providing experience letter alongwith unsettled amount and any other transaction pending between both the employee and the employer.
