Company is ignoring to do F&F & giving lame excuses

Dear Sir/Madam, On my last relieving day my reporting manager suggest to handover company asset like laptop etc to HR which I did, after relieving now he is saying that still there is proper handover is pending for which is asking me to come to office & do handover to new join. Now when I am ready to cooperate to do so he is start avoiding me & keeping my F&F deliberately pending which company HR is also seeing but not doing anything & taking reporting manager side only. What should I do now.

Well, You need to serve a legal notice to your Employer and in that legal notice, you can prescribe a time limit within which, you want to recover your F & F. If you won't get your F & F after serving legal notice, then, you can file Civil and Criminal Cases against your Employer to recover your F & F.
