Can a Company Force me to Work Even after i am Serving Notice Period

Hi Sir/Madam 1) I am Working with a Company in Mumbai, and had put down my Resignation can they reject my resignation and force me to work.(If i am Ready to Give 30 Days Notice as per my Contract) 2) Can they hold my salary for my services offered to them as i am giving them 30 days notice as per agreement and plus 15 days extra 3) If i made some error during my work period before i resigned and was not given any written warning or etc can they stop my salary on basis of that error, whereas they don't have any thing documented or signed by me or them as well 4) If i took SL due to Health Issues on Notice Period and can present Doctors Certificate against it can they consider as Misconduct and Terminate me even if i present Doctors Certificate that i was not well Please reply what can be done in any given situation The Important one is Can they Hold my Salary if i Made Error i one of the Task and i am working here from 2yrs 10mnths. please advise

This is my response to you:
1. You can send them a notice or approach the HR with a formal notice;
2. If they do not amicably resolve the dispute then send a legal notice;
3. Make sure you negotiate with them and they peacefully hand over the salary to you. No need to approach court yet;
4. Consult a local lawyer and then take steps.
