Authority to do my parents signature on thie behalf in company doc.

Sir, I'm an employee of Navratna PSU, Engineers India Limited (EIL), In order to add my dependent parents to avail parents dependent employee banefits, I have completed the documentation required by my company but I did my parents sign on their behalf in the declaration by parents for dependency by taking consent from my parents, but company is imposing a fraud allegation on me.., please help me out to overcome from this situation & save my Career.
Whether you have admitted these signatures to your office or not . Also you could have done this after getting special power of attorney from your parents . Can you please tell me your location. Has your company filed a legal suit against you
