Advice on disqualification against state government job selection

Dear Sir,
My name is Santosh Akolia. My sister in law has filled a FIR against my husband and me on 498A in Delhi. I have also got divorced from my husband and staying with my Mother in Rajasthan since 2020. I have passed a state government teaching job in Rajasthan. Now I have been disqualified from the selection and given a 7 days time to reply against the disqualification.
It would be really helpful if i can get a right direction to fight against this disqualification.
