Can I file court case against director secondary education department Rajasthan bikaner, In 20 year II ACP order issued but not show grade pay or pay Matrix leval in order
Before filing a case you can send a representation so that the Education Department gets a reasonable opportunity to correct it's mistake if made bonafidely. If they do not do it, then you can ofcourse file a case.
