About decision against Aurangabad high court in supreme court

Sir,we 6 friends won the case in Aurangabad high court against Mahatma phule krishi vidyapith in September 2018 . According to judgement high court passed order to appoint 6 of us within 2 months. But krishi vidyapith went in supreme Court in December 2018 but we have made a cavet before them. They have got diary number for 90 days of cases under defect from 17/12/2018. Tell me can they get decision against us

If you have filed cavate before SC than you will receive notice for apperance. For precotionary measure you can check information regarding case filed againt that order. If your cavate is not filed in proper way than SC may pass order without hear you..
