International Law: Medical negligence what can be done

15-Jan-2023 (In International Law Law)
I went to the US for treatment in the year 2010 and the year 2015 for psychological medical treatment. I felt the staff members who were medically treating me, emotionally hurt me over and over again, despite my complaints to them. I am more or less stable now on medications. I would like to take legal action against those whom I felt were hurting me emotionally during my stay there. What are the legal options that I have ?

Hello, I am really sorry to hear about your experience. However, before thinking of the right course of action in your case I will need more facts such as details of your treatment, specific instances etc. If you would like me to advise you on this matter, please set up a meeting with me.

Best,
Pratika
