How to report sexual harassment at workplace if I am deputed to US

I am working in USA in California since last one year on deputation. I am from Tamil Nadu in India. My boss is up to something and is showing advances especially in night shift. I was deputed along with him from our company which is at Tamil Nadu. I complained to my employer in India by mail and my boss is warned and is asked to give explanation. But, he is extorting me on various grounds to take back the complaint.
What shall I do? Please advise since I need to be in California for another year.
Firstly, you don’t have to budge to him by withdrawing the complaint.
California has inbuilt channels to inform such harassment matters. They are called “SB Prosecutors”. Please approach them immediately. In their terminology your boss’s act amounts to “SEXTORTION”( Extortion using sex as currency) and your complaint will be viewed very seriously. California is in the verge of bringing amendments to the law applicable to sextortions.
Please approach them immediately without delay. You can also approach and file a complaint at our Indian Consulate Office at California.
Also, insist parlally your employer at TN to be swift in action.
