How to claim the custody of the child from aboard?

My husband and I along with our daughter are US Citizens. We had moved the court here in US related to the custody of the child who is now 5 years old and the court had directed that I should have the custody. My husband after divorce has taken away the child to Delhi in spite of the order of US Court on custody favoring me. I need my child back. How do I proceed?
You have to move the court here in India at Delhi demanding custody of the child submitting proof of order of the US court on custody of child and also divorce. The court will pass an order directing the ex-husband to pass on the custody into your hands. There are many precedents. But, you have to move the court within limitation period.
