Can an Indian claim Diya compensation for murder of husband in UAE?

My husband was murdered in UAE by some miscreants who are Muslims. My husband is also a Muslim. We are from India.This happened when we were at UAE and my husband was on employment there. I have a daughter and a son. The culprits are undergoing trial. Can I along with my children claim Diya compensation?
Yes. You can. Diya is blood money which can be claimed by you. Shariat Law allows you to claim. In simple words it means you pardon the perpetrators of murder in order to wash off your sins. Then, you will be paid Diya money. There is a way to claim this. You will get compensated substantially.
