Stock Loss in fire insurance company disallowed claim value

Sir,
Due to fire i had lost 46 lakh rs value Stock. And insurance company ICICI Lombard refused it because they asked the area of fire is not covered under the policy. The area of fire is an basement. But as i confirm from an registered architect he asked that the area is not basement. Area under fire is partition of the godwan is lower ground floor. Architect also give us certificate for that. And area is on same label of road lavel. I put a case on company.
For Insurance claim matters you can directly file a case before the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum. First we will have to establish that the goods were covered under the policy. This can be identified after taking a close look at the terms and conditions of the policy which deals with the responsibility of insurance company to indemnify the insured in respect of loss or damage to the building/contents kept in the insured premises. There have been many cases in which the complainant was given claim along with interest.
