Reagarsing the MACT Claim of women after remarried

can a women without giving divorce to her first husband claim for MACT Claim on death of her second husband in road accident. nPlease reply
No, you cannot. You should first legally Divorce your first hubby, then you will be eligible to claim MACT benefits for the Death of your Second Hubby if you have lawfully wedded him after seeking Divorce from your first hubby. But now as your second husband got already dead, so you cannot legally marry him again after divorcing your first hubby.
