Operation done in blacklisted hospital unknowingly

I have a corporate MediAssist policy and got my mother operated for spine surgery at one of the blacklisted hospitals which I have to came to know after 10 days of discharge.
The insurance team is clearly denying to accept the claim.
Is there anything that can be done to get the claim accepted
hi first need to see the reasons for denying insurance to the person and if there are no proper reasons for denying the insurance then you could say tjat you are not aware of the blaclisting of the hospital and could file consumer complaint against them to direct to pay premium
