My husband died in accident. I have one small child

We are claiming for money 500000.but the respondent not giving money to us But the respondent dont have any land properties.his parents have only thier own house. So can court give the respondent house to us. Please help me about this

hi you could file a claim petition in tribunal seeking compensation and against the insurance company if it is insured against them and on the gounds of loss of livelihood and seeking compensation from them
