They have not given me my medical promised insurance of almost 1lac and closed it at 4k
I have even written to Ombudsman but no revert
I need to fight this fraud company with a stern and successful attorney

and if you filed claim as per required procedure and all the documents aked by company and still claim denied then you can approach District Consumer redressal commission of your area.
before that check and understand reason for denial or low settlement.
