SIR, WHILE MY COLLEGUE DRIVING MY CAR UNFORTUNATELY ACCIDENT HAPPENS WITH BIKE, DRIVER OF BIKE DEAD AFTER TAKING HOSPITAL ADMITTED BY MY COLLEGUE. HOSPITAL EXPENDUTIRE PAID BY US ONLY. MY CAR FULLY INSURED & MY COLLEGUE HAS VALID D.L. VICTIM FAMILY FILED IN MACT FOR COMPENSATION AGINST INSURANCE COMPANY & MYSELF FOR 54 LAKHS. MY COLLEGUE GOT ACQUITTAL FROM CIVIL COURT FROM ALL CHARGES. WHO IS LIABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT

hi first need to see the claim petition filed by them and the reasons mentioned in it and then your friend could appoint an advocate to defend on hid behalf stating that he has no ilability to pay the amount
