MACT AMBULANCE CRASH who to file case against
23-Jan-2026 (In Insurance Law)
The Ambulance has escorting my Relative crashed and Relative passed away. I had severe injury and and had undergone surgery. While filing the emetic claim, the opposition says since I am a passenger in the Ambulance, I’m not entitled for Ambulance insurance claim and I have to file another case against the hospital, which referred the patient. What is my right here who should I file the claim against?

You can claim compensation under Motor Vehicles Act against ambulance owner, driver and insurer. Passenger status doesn’t bar claim. Also claim personal accident/medical insurance separately. Hospital liability arises only if negligence is proved.
