i was hit by a car and lost my left leg.i am a govt employee

I had an accident in January 2020. I lost my left leg. I am a government teacher. My age was 50 when the accident happened. How many days will it close? Approximately how much claim can I get? Can anyone tell me please.
hi first need to see the amount which was incurred in the accident and the medical expenses you had occured and based on that you could file claim petjtion and need to explain the reasons for delay in approaching the tribunal for seeking damages
