I purchased a dress from a mall and gave it for alteration over there . they asked me come two days later but when I went there i got to know that shop catched fire and all clothes were burned . When I asked for my dress they are saying they can't do anything. I asked for my money back but they are not giving that too. What can I do in this regards.

hi if they are not giving back the money then you could send legal notice asking them to refund the amount then you need to see wether the shop has fire insurance and if they are not replying then you could file case against them for compensation
