How gain insurance claim

insured with national insurance co. at the time of purchasing insurance ncb 20% claimed inadverently by the agent . now loss on13/0702016 . company denying payment due to ambiguity as written above.

Insurance and Banking companies are also covered under public utility services The best way is go to your nearest public utility services office and file a simple complaint against the insurance company. In addition to this you can also file a case with IRDA or with District Consumer Redressal forum Adv Malhotra
