Hospital denying to pay original hospital bill. what to do

Hello Sir, I need suggestion regarding hospital bill as we paid each and every hospital and medical bill , hospital administrator deny to give original bill as we asked for form A,B and C for medical claim. They told us if you are going to claim, then we are not providing original bill as we are providing every information through given form. As I know while medical claim we have to provide each original bill . Will you please suggest how to handle such situation, do we have any law to tackle such things. Thank you in Advance
In most of the hospitals medicines are supplied by hospitals itself hence they give combine medicine surgical list in one sheet where .price date all
indicated .that is treated as bill of medicine don't worry about it. A B C forms are with it
