Hello Sir/Mam..My father age is 52 years.One of my cousins took my dad bike to go to some destination.My father doesn't know that he doesn't have driving licence.On the way to his destination he met with an accident and the opposite biker is severely injured and died...Now their family members has filed case against my cousin and my father..As my cousin is poor,the affected family is asking my father to pay above 30lakhs for their loss....we are two girl children to my father and we have not married yet...in regarding his age and his responsibilities is their any chance to reduce the amount and should my father has to really pat the amount?...plzzz sir/mam plzz kindly let me know....we r not in an situation to pay the amount...and thinking of all this during driving..my father himself met with an accident and his left hand was fractured and went through surgery,and we really had bad time.....and we don't have any jobs.so plzzz kindly let me know should my father really have to pay amou
