Compensation under workmen compensation policy

A major fire occured at IOCL-HALDIA plant and my company lost 5 valuable life in the fire and got admitted 34 workmen with burn injury. These all people are covered under workmen compensation policy from Iffco Tokio, mumbai. Lodged the claim and submitted number of papers and other documents. Now the insurance co. Is asking COPY OF AWARD FROM COMMISSIONER LABOUR.
Whether the Insurance Company has asked you in writing, that, they mandatorily need Award of the concerned Labour Commissioner? If yes, I can assist you to get such an award with immediate effect by appearing before the concerned Labour Commissioner.
