well in this case One advocate has to check the FIR launched station status and then have to proceed accordingly..
for the same in the meanwhile you has to be in touch with your advocate to whom you trust.

जब आपकी fir की विवेचना समाप्त हो जायेगी तो पुलिस या चार्ज-शीट या क्लोजर रिपोर्ट कोर्ट में पेश करेगी। यदि पुलिस क्लोजर रिपोर्ट कोर्ट में पेश करती है तो उसे आप कोर्ट में accept कराये और क्लोजर रिपोर्ट एवम accept आर्डर की सत्यापित कॉपी कोर्ट से निकाल कर insurance company में जमा करें।आप पुलिस स्टेशन में इन्वेस्टिगेटर ऑफिसर से मिल कर जल्दी ही क्लोजर रिपोर्ट लगवाए। इस काम मे 2माह से 1 साल तक लग सकता है।
