Claim rejected by insurance company on clerical mistake

My mother in law gone through knee surgery … But by one hospital employee he mistakenly type that the problem was continue from last three years but the knee problem was from last 3-4 months… we took insurance plan one year back…. After that doctor writes a letter and accept it was clerical mistake by the hospital employee.. But insurance company still reject the claim

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a complaint case against the insurance company in the consumer forum. when you have to file the complaint the court admitted the case and thereafter issue summon to the opposite party i. e. insurance company. after serving of the notice/summon the opposite party files their objection and then on the next date the court directs for filling evidences. thereafter on the final date the argument begins and if the court satisfied the case decide in your favour
